1. You sweat a little while exercising
Whether you like it or not, your body must sweat a lot during intense training. Everything is clear here: insufficient fluid release will lead to overheating, which will negatively affect the functioning and well-being of the body. Add another glass or two to your daily water intake to keep training safe in hot weather.
2. Your skin is oily and dry at the same time
If you can’t decide whether your skin is oily or dry, you may be dehydrated. When the skin is dehydrated, it dries out but still glows. Acquaintance? Most likely you have oily, dehydrated skin. Drink more.
3. Your breath smelled
